For homeowners

RenoLab prices are estimates to help you plan, not quotes. Real costs depend on your home, the products you choose, the supplier and the tradesperson. Always get a written quote before work starts.
The shopping list is a guide. Check quantities and products before you buy.
Electrical, gas and plumbing work must be done by suitably qualified people, and some work needs building control approval. RenoLab does not give building, safety or legal advice.
Businesses on RenoLab are independent. We check them before they join, but any contract is between you and them. We are not responsible for their work, prices or conduct.
RenoLab is free for homeowners. We may receive a referral fee from businesses or suppliers when you buy from them. This never changes the price you pay.

Joining is free. We approve each business before it receives jobs and can pause or remove any business at any time.
You agree to pay RenoLab a referral fee of [5]% of the gross value (including VAT) of any work or products sold to a customer introduced through RenoLab, including any later work for the same customer within [12 months]. The fee is due within 30 days of you being paid.
You agree to update each job's outcome honestly and promptly. We may check outcomes with customers.
You may only use customer details to contact them about the job they sent. You must not share them or add them to marketing lists.
You must hold the insurance, qualifications and registrations your work legally requires.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. We may update them and will show the date of the latest version here.
